Rachel Cai
Pianist, Music Instructor
An award winning classical pianist, accompanist, and piano teacher. With 11 years of teaching experience, Rachel has taught a range of students from elementary beginners to experienced college students.
Rachel earned her B,M. Degree in Music Education and Piano Performance at South China Normal University.
She began teaching piano lessons after graduating. She also graduating in 2016 from Berklee College of Music.
She also aids students not just in musical ability, but also in their personal growth by learning to use music to create happier and more fulfilling lives.
Rachel 老师曾获得过非常多的音乐类奖项，拥有11年丰富的钢琴教学经验。学生的范围小至零基础幼儿大至大学生。
她以广东省联考第一名的优秀成绩进入华南师范大学学习，并在毕业后取得音乐教育学士学位，期间师从王大立教授、陈雪慧副教授。
她在毕业后正式成为一名钢琴老师，担任刘诗昆钢琴艺术总监，市少年宫钢琴老师，公立学校音乐老师等。期间培养了大批的优秀学生，并被评为ABRSM优秀教师。移民美国后在美国伯克利音乐学院学习，并于2016年毕业，后创办小拇指钢琴工作室至今。
她认为学习音乐不单指技能上建树，更多是培养孩子的音乐鉴赏能力和音乐情操，让音乐融入生活中。
